The banners are easy to upload, and the analytics/reporting is in-depth, which is a bonus as a marketer. Whenever I've had to contact support, they've been pleasant, and quick to respond and resolve my issue. #### Cons We have a lot of banners and users, and sometimes the reports crash/fail to export, but this can be solved by contacting support. The process of assigning banners, setting start/end dates and making changes to multiple banners at a time could be smoother. We were able to utilize Gsync to pull in our user directory from Google reducing our on-going maintenance. The signature designer and HTML editor are simple to use for both our IT and Marketing teams. It has the ability to schedule banners and signatures to automatically run within certain timelines. They have great report generators which give us insight into our campaigns. It also integrates with Google Analytics to generate even more insight. #### Cons RocketSeed's documentation is lacking, but their support team makes up for it. The signature design preview on the site is not always 100% accurate, so it's best to test the signature using a variety of email clients to ensure it renders how you want. #### Reasons for choosing Rocketseed Email Signatures It was a close call between RocketSeed and Exclaimer, in the end we went with RocketSeed because they were able to implement custom font's in our signature where as Exclaimer is limited to what they provide. OpenSense was also a consideration, but at the time did not have a great signature editor. When we license a new user and they send their first email they pop up in Rocketseeds admin page. We add their details and move them into a branded sender and that's it. For a small company with very little IT support its a great tool. Also the always present and timestamped signatures are an important feature for us to avoid spoofed emails with copied signatures. #### Cons I always hoped that there would be an update to allow the user information in Microsoft 365 to pair with the admin page in Rocketseed. However, this is a simple admin task and hasn't taken away from the product. #### Reasons for choosing Rocketseed Email Signatures The integration with Office 365 and the branding on its way through the server. #### Vendor response Hi there, Sean. Almost the opposite of any other tech company I buy services from who usually direct you to an FAQ or a chatbot. Every time I've needed Rocketseed, a human has picked up the phone and helped. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros For me there are two key things: the ability to make every email work as a brand reinforcement tool, as well as how easy it now is for people to convert from just seeing the brand to interacting with it through either the banners or signatures. It looks good, and professional and drives engagement better than many of my other marketing channels. #### Cons I'm yet to find a con. Most of the issues I've faced have been related to the email platform I'm on, and Rocketseed has been able to find a solution every time. For marketing it was the ease of the single contact to make a change. I must admit the speed of your replies and timeous actioning of changes has always been first class. No incentive was offered The main issue that Rocketseed initially resolved for the business was around branding. We have a large sales team across a number of location globally but a small marketing team based in one location. Therefore, prior to Rocketseed coming onboard, we had difficulty in managing the branding around the outbound emails that the business sent out. There was little consistency in messages as well as the look and feel of the signatures across the various teams and offices. Rocketseed allowed us to control the email branding very quickly and effectively. More recently, we have been using the branding to drive more and more traffic to our websites and use this as part of our lead funnel for the business. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros There were a number of aspects of the platform that I liked straight away: - The 'plug in and play' set up and implementation was a huge factor in selecting Rocketseed - The flexibility over design of the email signatures was also a really pleasing aspect of the platform - The team at Rocketseed also took the time to get to know the situation at Amoria Bond and sold in a the right version of the platform for Amoria Bond rather than the right version for Rocketseed - The control panel is very intuitive and can be trained in to other colleagues very easily #### Cons There's nothing I really dislike about the software. The ability to create unique and branded signatures for each team or individual is a game-changer.Maintaining brand consistency across all our email communications is critical for our business. Rocketseed Email Signatures not only makes it easy to customize signatures but also helps us maintain our brand's integrity. #### Cons One common issue that our staff has experienced is the placement of signatures. One recurring challenge we've encountered is the automatic placement of signatures.
