It’s a little difficult to add users, but their great support helps with that.

Our experience with RocketSeed has been amazing. Everything from sales, implementation, account management, and technical support have been outstanding. One of my favorite things (being in IT) is that they listen to feedback and actually implement feature requests. RocketSeed's email signatures and banners now rank as our third highest website traffic generator and has become an integral part of our marketing stratedgy.

RocketSeed has been very reliable, and we have not experienced any downtime. We were able to utilize Gsync to pull in our user directory from Google reducing our on-going maintenance. The signature designer and HTML editor are simple to use for both our IT and Marketing teams. It has the ability to schedule banners and signatures to automatically run within certain timelines. They have great report generators which give us insight into our campaigns. It also integrates with Google Analytics to generate even more insight.

RocketSeed's documentation is lacking, but their support team makes up for it. The signature design preview on the site is not always 100% accurate, so it's best to test the signature using a variety of email clients to ensure it renders how you want.

Our dedicated Rep is pretty great to work with. He mostly makes the experience, and it's been an easy switch from a competitor. We never had a positive experience with other companies in this space, until this one.

The easy Integration process, good sales team, and support are decent, but overall the best part is the creative services team who will do the signature for you.

The interface is a bit outdated, but a new release coming soon, so that does not really matter.

The software helped us a lot for spreading information across employees, partners and customers. With targeted banners we also drive traffic to our specific content and it resulted with high conversion. RocketSeed team is there to support us 24/7. I do not remember a moment that I had issue with reaching out the team.

The software does not offer enough flexibility in terms of design templates and graphics, which makes it challenging to create a unique and visually appealing signature.

The manufacturing world is like non-other and one of our major hurdles was to ensure all of our employees used the recommended email signature template. Rocketseed removed that hurdle entirely. The main issue that Rocketseed initially resolved for the business was around branding. We have a large sales team across a number of location globally but a small marketing team based in one location. Therefore, prior to Rocketseed coming onboard, we had difficulty in managing the branding around the outbound emails that the business sent out. There was little consistency in messages as well as the look and feel of the signatures across the various teams and offices. Rocketseed allowed us to control the email branding very quickly and effectively. More recently, we have been using the branding to drive more and more traffic to our websites and use this as part of our lead funnel for the business.

There were a number of aspects of the platform that I liked straight away: - The 'plug in and play' set up and implementation was a huge factor in selecting Rocketseed - The flexibility over design of the email signatures was also a really pleasing aspect of the platform - The team at Rocketseed also took the time to get to know the situation at Amoria Bond and sold in a the right version of the platform for Amoria Bond rather than the right version for Rocketseed - The control panel is very intuitive and can be trained in to other colleagues very easily

There's nothing I really dislike about the software. It works really well and copes with our quite complex IT set up really well.

Rocketseed proposed a solution that would create a simplified process allowing our marketing team to create and update email signatures without using HTML. This created an easy process that included email banners that could be personalized and added to specific divisions within our organization. Our team appreciates the flexibility of altering email signatures with ease, managing email signatures is not a main concern we confront.

The only difficulties that we've had is implementing the tool for several different kinds of signatures for our very specific business. We figured it out but it took additional time to come up with the templates and implement them. Additionally, training around not having any signature in your email when you create it, was somewhat confusing for our teams.

Rocketseed support will do most have the setup and help configure it the way you need it setup. They are constantly working on new features and for Office 365 released a app to update the sent items for Outlook Less than half the cost of their competitor

Sent Items Update is in Beta, would like to see some sort of mobile sent items update feature for Office 365, however I understand this is in the works with Microsoft

It's great to have standardised signatures across faculty - no more widely varying for each individual

The ease of deployment - they do most of the heavy lifting

It would be good to integrate with Azure instead of Active Directory

This experience left me feeling mostly satisfied and impressed. All of the details were helpful and taught us more about email and our clients.

This has a large variety of options and I think it’s impressive. I read the tips blog and really liked it, I learned a lot. The reports show us a lot too. There are a variety of different signatures and branding. The emails are sent safely and correctly. Rocketseed has some of the best customer service, they will talk with you any time.

This is a lot to manage and I don’t think smaller offices really need all of that. I work for a law firm with less than 50 employees. I think Rocketseed should have made a better effort to simplify it.

I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with Rocketseed. We have been using them for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The team are always helpful, efficient and friendly.

I have to say i'm not the most tech savvy but Rocketseed are brilliant and provide support all along the way. Plus our I.T. manager found the process very easy to understand and personalise for our business needs.

The design team are great and create really eye catching signatures and banners that are on brand. I love that all our digital and social media platforms are easily accessible from every email sent.

Love having a standardized email signature for all individuals within our company. What's even more exciting is the ability to create unique signature banners for specific campaigns and effortlessly deploy them to specific customers with just a single click. The customer support/success team is the BEST. They know the product in and out and are responsive and supportive.
