The cost per unit of email address to be checked is a bit pricey for me

More capability with a lower cost per bounce check, I can do more pattern matching (email guessing) while keeping my cost per contact record super low.

I really like the interface of DeBounce. It's clean, simple to use, and provides some really useful extras like email lookup, enrichment, and most of all, the price point.

As a dedicated user of NeverBounce, using millions of credits over the last few years, I can honestly say there is nothing lacking in this software other than possible API capabilities. When I first signed up for DeBounce, I ran a file and used 15k credits while mirroring the same file in NeverBounce. The results, from the time it took to complete the bounce check to the time it was finished, was nearly identical.

Overall user experience is good

Easy to navigate and quite straight forward in all the steps. Simple and good.

- Result accuracy. Some email that indicated as invalid are actually a valid email. Ended up I use another platform to do a second scan to check. - If possible, for Hubspot integration, auto sync the result back to Hubspot by adding in one new column in the Hubspot. As the result are not 100% accurate, we don't really willing to delete the contacts based on the scan result. By adding in the new column, it will be a good reference to group the contacts and monitor.

So far so good. I don't know what to say further.

Debounce is easy to use and very reliable. It's a fraction of the cost of similar services in the marketplace. I use it for dozens of clients and the results are quick and reliable. The API is also a great feature that not many other similar services offer and it allows us to automatically clean the list on subscribe and at regular intervals.

I can't fault it so far. Everything that I want is there.

Overall Debounce is easy to use and does a comprehensive scan of emails to help you clean up your email list. It is also the best priced service of its kind that I have found.

It's very easy to use and completes the scanning process pretty quickly.

It only allows you to upload files that are 20 mb or less, so you can't scan a really large list of emails without transferring some of it over to a new file.

You don't have to be an IT geek to launch the program. The interface is very user friendly; upload your email lists, and it will quickly cleanse your list, ridding it of bounces, spam traps etc. Very effective.

There's nothing that I did not like about this software!

I was looking to for bulk email verification software to use. After few days of search and comparing my finding, I find Debounce top of it all. It's inexpensive and super easy to use.

I do not find anything that irritates while using denounce.

The benefit of using this software instead of double opt-in is that you are improving the user experience for people who mistype their email addresses. You show them the issue instantly instead of asking to fill the very long form (in our case) the second time. Webform conversions improved.

I was looking for email validation software that integrates with WordPress for years. Tried everything on the market that works with WP. This is the only email validator that works and is reasonable priced. So, it does what it's intended to - validated email address, so our list is clean. We use DeBounce on all webfroms on our website.

Nothing here. We had a minor issue and it was fixed pretty quick.

The most important thing for us was the reliability of the service as we use it to check for valid email address usage while users create accounts in our service. We had a high bounce rate which was affecting our mailing services and needed a solution. We trialled a number of these services and Debounce was by far the best. The dashboard is very good for monitoring and the API is really easy to use and comprehensive. Overall, highly recommended.

It has a very easy to use API which provides a lot of valuable information about every email we check. Out of all the services we trialled, this was the most accurate with all our test cases and reliably failed invalid addresses and returned as valid the ones that were. Impressed.

Not much. It would be useful if the credits could be automatically re-purchased when they ran out to avoid having to manually buy more, as we use their API in an automated server process but otherwise nothing bad.

I've very grateful for this software as it has saved me so much time and now I don't have to worry about a possible charge-back if I happened miss one of these fake signups.

I was having someone constantly come to my membership site and sign up with fake email addresses to test what must have been stolen credit cards to see if they would go through. That meant I had to go into my merchant account and cancel them so that the credit card would not get charged as well as cancel them from my membership. It was happening several times a day every day. Such a pain in the neck and time waster for me. My developer recommended DeBounce and set it up on my site and I've not had any trouble since. It worked from day one.

I've had no negative issues since this has been installed on my site.

DeBounce took all the risk out of processing my client's email list and signups on his website. We've used the API and the batch processing. It's fast, inexpensive, and works. There's not really any way to build this yourself. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I have found Debounce to be the best large email list validator. It has enough features and provides accurate reports for a fair price.

Debounce will remove all of the bad emails, and bounced emails will not harm your sending reputation. It includes a disposable email checker, syntax elimator, and catch-all domain checker to help you keep your email list clean. The tool also assists in locating free and role emails in the list. In addition, the tool can be integrated with a variety of apps to make work easier.

In the emails, the MX Record and SMTP Provider Information are not detected. It guarantees at least 97.5% deliverability, which is significantly lower than that of other e-mail validation tools. We will only be given 100 free credits to test the tool, which is less than the tools Emailable and Mailrefine provide.

Total ease of use, great customer support. The setup so easy. Amazing value, i had a company which was charging twice the price for verification that Debounce was charging so i changed over. I will give this company (Debounce) a 5 star rating 100%

Best was the pricing, after checking other services i changed to Debounce. Easy application to use. Good support from staff. Simple interface.

Nothing i did not like about the software.

It was quick, efficient and did what I expected it to do, almost flawlessly (only 1 record that was deemed "safe to send" turned out to have a Hard Bounce

Accurate and quick results; clearly labelled records; very reasonable pricing

Inability to export the reports directly back into Hubspot. I had to do the extra step of downloading to excel, and then importing back into Hubspot. Also, it would help if the report from Debounce included the Hubspot Contact ID for easier mapping to the specific records in Hubspot.

My overall experience with DeBounce has and is excellent and I do put thousands of emails through it all the time. I have lists that total in excess of 240,000 email addresses and so they need to be checked at all times.

I like that fact that I can check everything that comes in and get rid of all false emails that can effect my own ratings. I like the fact that spam emails are disposed of. I like the fact that the company catch all's are removed. I also like that I can download the full report and check what has been cleaned and make my own choices from that.

I have not found and Cons with this software.

The result it gives for accept all domain. Used other software which gives much more accurate result for the email domain that as a accept all status.

i like this software because of the pricing, it is was cheaper than any other service in the market with same quality of the results, the ease of use and the many payment options is also what i enjoy

Debounce was easy to implement and cheap to use. It has helped us clean up our databases of bad emails.

Would be nice if there could be reporting for different sources as we have multiple systems using this. We had to build our own reporting mechanism to track this.
