And the pricing is honest — pay for what you use, no mystery tiers, no surprise charges at checkout. ### Most mentioned cons - I manage outreach for multiple clients in the home services space and list quality is everything — a dirty list tanks your sender rep fast. - Proofy.io offers responsive support, fast and accurate email verification, and good overall value, though one drawback is that I sometimes end up paying for a high number of invalid emails - Usually the biggest problems when it comes to similar tools is the accuracy of the tools but the accuracy of Proofy is very high. ## Proofy customer reviews Showing reviews 1-25 of 551 (page 1). ### Proofy Email Verification - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Edward A. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Construction - Company size: 2-10 employees - Product usage: Used monthly for less than 6 months - Reviewed: March 2026 - Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I've tried just about every email verification tool out there, and Proofy is the one that stuck. I run lead gen for a small agency, mostly B2B SaaS clients, and bad data used to be the silent killer of our campaigns — bounces piling up, domains getting flagged, the whole thing. Proofy fixed that without making me jump through hoops. You drop in your list, it sorts everything into clean buckets: deliverable, risky, unknown, catch-all, the stuff that actually matters. No guessing. What really won me over is how little friction there is. So many of these platforms bury the actual feature under five tabs of "premium insights" you didn't ask for and a popup begging you to upgrade. Proofy just does the job. And the pricing is honest — pay for what you use, no mystery tiers, no surprise charges at checkout. After getting burned by a couple of the big-name verifiers that treat every feature like an add-on, that transparency feels almost rare. If you're sending cold email at any kind of volume and you're skipping verification, you're basically gambling with your domain reputation. Proofy makes it cheap and simple enough that there's really no reason to skip it. #### Cons That I didn't find it sooner. Proofy makes it cheap and simple enough that there's really no reason to skip it. --- ### Best Affordable Email Verification Tool - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Payal R. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Computer Software - Company size: 51-200 employees - Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years - Reviewed: December 2023 - Review source details: This review was submitted organically.
