  • Pros

  • Customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. The UI and all info on dashboard is great - all info is in real-time too.
  • I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters.
  • Cons

  • Domo has cut the distance between themselves and Tableau, but they still have not surpasses them.
  • The support case has been open for nearly a month and has just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.

  • Pros

  • Look and Feel of Reports is good from viewing perspective. Configuring Reports is easy for most reports.
  • Whether you need simple website data, PPC ad data, or data from your remote database, Zoho Analytics can do it. And I love how beautiful the reports are.
  • Cons

  • Number of users is limited for various slabs. Limitation on number of email addresses while scheduling reports is restricted which makes report sharing cumbersome with larger groups.
  • The UI is not very intuitive, and very clustered which makes it hard to use. Hard to understand why things were not working the way they were expected to.
