What I like most about this software is the easy functioning dashboard and quality of service provided.

Callingpost makes it easy to send mass communication to our members in an equally as easy to learn way, with the added benefit of being cost effective.

I loved CallingPost until two years ago. While the updates are great they have compromised the stability of the basic functionality.

I think software is user friendly. I really enjoyed how easy the one can navigate the software without having to figure out what do while one is operating the calling post functions.

Having the ability to set up Groups and call only those. I am impressed at how the product has improved since we started using it.

Thanks to CallingPost, the calls always went out immediately, sometimes after 9pm. Glad for that update in your services.

Inability to drag drop existing members across groups.

Ease of setup and use, intuitive and some very basic features make it easy to get going.

Occasionally the app will hang up, but no major issues.

I absolutely love Calling Post. The service is amazing in that you can reach many people with one phone call.

Sentences run together and are sometimes hard to understand the recording voice.

CallingPost does not easily integrate with our CRM, so I have to manually remove or add people to the list.

While I've yet to fully integrate all core system alerts, it looks like it can integrate with pretty much everything. The free tier seems extremely generous considering everything it offers.

Very similar mobile interface. Good way to quickly see what team and who is on call during an outage or a incident.

Plenty of features + ease of integration with other services (influxdata in particular). Support quality is very nice.

Ability to set quiet hours is great to allow people to get a good night's sleep without leaving big gaps in coverage.

But for 99% of the time its too, too much UI flexibility. When the house is on fire, I want to grab the fire estinguisher and go.

Schedule and users are very configurable. Very easy to use and reliable.

I love the mobile app, it's really easy to use and you can change the sound of the alert. It help us really good for alerts.

What I like the most about OpsGenie is its notification system.

I personally use override very often so I like that you can do it on the web or in the app, but I prefer the web for this.

The app can be a bit hard to navigate through, but more so on previous versions.

Overall  we are happy and  glad to recommend  OpsGenie at  any other organization.

Extracting information from the integration and showing it up in the alert is difficult to setup.

Overall Opsgenie is a very reliable solution if your main goal is to have reliable delivery of alerts to the support staff.

Some of the UI elements are confusing or non-intuitive.

Overall experience was good and we have been reaping significant benefits from this tool.

We were able to get a really good Pricing and Number of integrations is awesome.

Easy to configure teams with on call rosters and notifications through multiple communication channels.

Great price compared to similar software, feature set is pretty decent, interfaces are nice and detailed activity log is super nice.

The ease of managing schedules is very good, and the alerting works well. Pretty much all you need.
