  • Pros

  • It has worked flawlessly every time we've been called on to use it (for making emergency announcements to our group). It is priced right, and very well worth the small cost.
  • The things we like most about this software is it ease of use, price points, and the ability to both use the app on our phones or the website on the computer to communicate with our audience.
  • Cons

  • The only thing I dislike is how it rounds up the time used.
  • There is no way of pulling up the written portion of a recorded message to make adjustments after it has been created.

  • I love how they've tackled complicated processes like reporting, budget management, and customer feedback in a way that's easy to understand.
  • Easy to integrate with bitbucket. Easy to integrate third party apps like slack, zephyr and many more.
  • Cons

  • Especially in latest version of their UX, the navigation sucks.
  • Sometimes, the navigation between different tasks and/or sprints can be a bit confusing.
