It is difficult when some participants do not sign up or fill out the forms for our programs and we have no information.

Overall it's been a good experience with helpful staff and troubleshooting by the staff.

The ease of using the software and how great customer service has been. The software has everything that I was looking for all in one place making running reports great.

I liked being able to access all medical information or dietary needs so quickly. I also liked having the photo for each camper available.

When it is added as a waiver parents are only signing off that they did something when in reality they did not and then the info is missing.

Costumer service is amazing. The Software is pretty straight forward and easy to use both for administrator and user.

It does not let you know not to add spaces or dashes with the phone number. Some parents also got hooked up with emergency and authorized pick ups address.

Some of the general ePact functionality vs our set up has been confusing for customers.

A lot of accounts incomplete and people don't know why so it needs to be very known to customer what they are missing so we can download files.

Especially in latest version of their UX, the navigation sucks.

I love how they've tackled complicated processes like reporting, budget management, and customer feedback in a way that's easy to understand.

A lot of developers integrate JIRA with their development cycle and consider it a necessity. Also we have many support teams in the organization that utilize JIRA as well.

I loved everything about Jira. It's a one tool every developer knows and one tool everyone should use.

Jira contains many functionalities, so its getting started is difficult, and takes a long time to be familiar with jira.

The customization and features it has are awesome. We can do lots of project management things with Jira.

It's intuitive and easy to used. Drag and drop make it easy to update the tasks state, and the global view shows the state of the project and the tasks at a glance.

Also bug reporting and fixing became easy,and also you can make integrations with many apps and tools like slack ,github and many more.

Jira has a lot of subsidiaries and compatible with third-party plugins and apps. Easy to use, customizable to list a few.

Many developers I have worked with find Jira with confusing user interfaces, it's hard to find tasks assigned to a particular developer.

As part of the Atlassian suite, the integration with other services such as Confluence makes reporting very clean and easy.

JIRA provides a solution for almost all project management issues. A lot of companies are migrating from Service now to JIRA software due to its pricing and features.

I like that Jira is very easy to use and intuitive for the most part. It is easy to set up and explain the features and functions on a basic level.

The issue search feature could have been a little more customizable and faster. The options available to format the comments on an issue are limited and not very intuitive.

This is difficult for first time users to understand where to go to submit a ticket, how to do so, and which fields to use.

Adding attachment, links and other resources to JIRA ticket is easy and straightforward. It has great audit trail tracking and can act as a source of truth for all parties involved.

Developing software with Jira is easy and fun.

It has limited integrations with Microsoft suite.

The best feature of Jira is to manage the workflow of project smoothly and the integration part of Jira with other software like Jenkins, slack etc.

It is difficult for a non technical person to monitor the activity of the devops team specially during integration of an new software tool.

This jira web application has a lot of features to manage or agile projects from small teams to big teams from more than 20 people. Great connection with other applications like confluence.

Sometime it can be very slow when a lot of users using this portal. Or when there is a bug in a new version of jira when we cannot save or update tickets can be very annoying in a production project.

The best feature of this application is bug testing which allows the developers to find out any problems in the application before it is launched for use in the business.
