Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • System is very modern and quick. Its easy to use and we get a lot of compliments.

  • Pros : the software is easy to use on the desk top and the app

  • Cons

  • I would love a version for Android. I feel that the iOS platform is a limitation.

  • Couldn't think of any. Had a few issues but the concerned person answered all my questions and/or provided an alternative.

  • Pros

  • I like the easy of use and most of all It never fails to deliver a message, Great UX and full of features

  • It's so easy to use, totally reliable and customer service is just great and proactive

  • Cons

  • No real dislikes -- the dashboard is a little overwhelming at first, but the feature set is great once you get used to the navigation.

  • Needs some more options around scheduling on-call rotations and notification policies for how we use it. Android app can also use some refinement.
