Great tool for internal and external uses

PROS

I loved being able to show our customers what their buildings look like the day after a hurricane hits. The ability to give automated live updates was a game changer as well. On the internal side, the alerts you get are an incredible add on tool. Would recommend this to anyone that's willing to spend some time on a new software!

CONS

It is a very complex software that takes some getting used to navigating. I will add to that though - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are great with onboarding. They will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied with the ability to use the software.
