Great Product

PROS

The ease of the product and the ability to quickly schedule mass communication to our team is great. We utilize the texting and email features frequently, for employee notices, date reminders, and more.

CONS

The only thing that could make the software better would be the ability to create email messages without the help of the FLIMP team. They respond quickly, so it hasn't caused any problems, but it could be useful in urgent situations to be able to quickly create email messaging ourselves.
