GoToMeeting has help me connecting with my team especially when we are working from remote site or from home. We are not constricted with the platform that we can use this software, because it can work from almost anywhere which is very positive experience for us.

Using GoToMeeting as our main communication hub for hosting a online meeting and online webinar are more easy than i expected. The tools in the video meeting such as to change a host and sharing screen help us to have more flexible discussion. Not only from desktop, there are also option to join the video call from mobile device and has the same option like in the desktop version.

I hardly can think of anything that i dislike with the tool and feature that GoToMeeting has offered. One of thing that can improve this software is, to joining video call from mobile device without needing to registering with the software like the other video conference software has done.

The only thing I don’t like about GoTo Meeting software is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other conferencing solutions. It also requires a lot of setup time and troubleshooting when dealing with large groups.

Ultimately, I ended up reverting back to Zoom after spending more than 6 months trying to make it work. Zoom has much more widespread adoption, and I found I kept having to ask people to install GTM, and then there was often issues, especially with clients who worked in corporate settings. There were a lot of tech hiccups trying to make this work, which really disappointed me, because I genuinely wanted to make the switch, but after having so many issues and trying to convince others to make the switch, I found I still ended up having to use Zoom.

I like that it's made by the same company that makes LastPass, which I think is an excellent program. The interface is relatively simple to use, and it does have a similar feel to Zoom, with slightly less functionality, but slightly better aesthetics.

Lacked some of the functionality that Zoom has, and had more buggy issues with audio, and people trying to use and install the software.

Its a nice Video Conferencing Tool provided with roughly all required features , Superb Screen Sharing and Recording capabilities very smoothly converted to MP4 format for upload and sharing with Participants.Video and Audio quality is nice and it manages it nicely with average internet connection speed.Chat is a nice feature with locally stored chat backup. Participant Management is nice.

Everything is fine, White Board support is one of a bit weaker point, this feature requires some attention.

This software works. The mobile apps run great and won't dissapoint. The addins to install on PC and Mac are lighweight and install very quickly and it still leads when connecting to different IT environments (we have never experienced having issues with a customer when using GoTo Meeting in their network), something that some remote meeting softwares haven't been able to achieve.

GoTo Meeting was our first selection when having remote meeting within our company untill last year (2019). It just works as expected, does not consume too many (computing and network) resources and works on most IT environments (incluiding our customer's). The addins install quick and easy and the sharing features are great. It usually has an admin that creates the meeting and the meeting needs to be started by the admin. Has all the basic features you would need to have a remote meeting (audio - video, screen sharing, inmersive chat, Q&A, participants list, some controls, etc) but it doesn't have had too many updates for some time and lacks some features we have found productive (whiteboard, for example).

The software works great. Nevertheless, we have found some features in other remote meeting software that could make it ideal: have anyone in your organization be able to have admin rights (create meetings, start meetings, change meeting configurations, etc) and some features that nowadays might be very useful (whiteboard, a note taking module to be able to take notes and share them when the meeting ends, more options to connect audio - to name a few).

Becuase of GoTo Meeting, our company has been able to recruit and manage staff in different cities in our state while keeping all on the same page via our weekly GoTo Meeting sessions every Tuesday. Something very hard to accomplish without it.

The most important feature of this software to me is the clarity of the video and audio. The friendliness of use is impeccable and allows non-techy people like me to take advantage of today's technology to run a real estate investing company with staffers in different areas/cities.

Actually, there is not one feature of the software that I struggle with. The product developers must have thought of every type of person with high or low lever skills that would be exposed to the software and made everything extremely user friendly.

Overall I am happy using GoTo Meeting. It has helped make communicaition with a remote team easy.

Easy to download and use is one of the best feature of Goto. It's take very much less bandwidth during meetings, webinars, audio, video, file sharing these are very good features in Goto.

Sometimes voice is not coming on webinars while connecting first time on webinars.After disconnecting and connecting again on meetings sometime solved the problem.
