Pros:

Once I've logged in, it takes only a few clicks to choose an absence type and request a sub.

Cons:

This is not about the product directly. Often absences go uncovered. I am not sure if SmartFind can make it easier for teaching positions to be filled, though.

Cons:

Some of our admin at the schools found it difficult to use.
