I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date. Especially for those employees that don't have company email. Cons: As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee. Customer service manages issues in a timely manner and resolved every issue (minor). We use a text message service so employees do not need to upload an app and tracking is easy on my laptop so I do not need to install an app either. Cons: Employees tend to forget or decide to stop answering the text messages. Also, being able to create or print a list of who selected "clear" wasn't easy. "Exporting" a list wasn't always accurate as days blended together in the document. Vendor Response Thanks for the review Robert! We're happy to see the overall experience has been positive.
