Pros
- The vast feature set is the best part of this software. The granularity in the amount of information you can capture is impressive.
- Technical support is fantastic when an issue does arise.
Cons
- Completely derails the the program when a system update takes place. So, when you have multiple computers that need to get reconfigured after an update, it's extremely difficult to make that happen.
- The subscription model was added after we purchased a licensed version. It created a lot of frustration in our IT department.
Pros
- It's very easy to use and I love that they offer a free trial first to make sure of users' satisfaction, but I am definitely continuing my subscription once my current one is done.
- Generation of reports are also good and lets you keep track of your statistics. Customer Support keeps you updated on your cases that you don't have to contact them because they will contact you.
Cons
- The total time is tracked correctly, but it often tracks it on the wrong day which complicates billing for some clients.
- But I encountered errors like my screenshot are not recorded and it will automatically stop the work even if I didn't click the stop.
