CleverControl is a great experience. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful, and the software was really easy to use.

The decision to implement this kind of system in my office, was probably one of the best I have made for my business. A friend of mine who is also a business owner, but with more employees, also uses a system like that, but a more expensive one. So after hearing from him about it, I decided to get one as well. I chose CleverControl mostly because it offered fully-featured free version, so I was able to test out all functions first, and the license was not as expensive as this software can be. And it does do a very good job with keeping all activity off all 18 of my office computers. I can see who is idle and who is the most hardworking. It turned out that one of my new young employees, whom I thought of as not too hard-working, is one of the most productive staff members in the company so far. She is just not too vocal about her work progress. For a head of a small company this program makes it very easy to find truth in case any incident ever happens in the workplace, because you are often the one who makes all decisions.

Fully-featured trial, both time tracking and detailed reports on activity, easy to work with, really useful for a head of a company, who is involved in staff's work lives.

The installation is easy enough, but at first I found it hard to navigate the online account. Also there sometimes too many screenshots are made, so I had to turn them off for some computers, which are most active.

Quick, easy install. Account creation was quick too but they require a phone number, that's a red flag.

Where to begin? First, it does indeed show up in the task manager and I spotted it immediately even though they do make a minor effort to hide it. Anyone who is tech savvy will see it. Second (and worst of all), when I signed up, my password was sent to me in clear-text which tells me they are performing zero password hashing on their end. This would allow the company to retrieve your password and monitor your computers as easily as you do (this is a serious security violation). The dashboard is slow and hangs a lot, the videos don't play and the logs are mashed together. If you download and install a few of these keylogger suites, you get the impression that they are all one company, using different names. This one Spyrix look identical when installed. Don't trust this software!!!!

I am very pleased with CleverControl, mainly because of its excellent screen recording feature, which allows me to monitor my remote users with ease. Moreover, the pricing is quite reasonable, offering great value for money. I highly recommend CleverControl for its great features, ease of use and good pricing.

I was disappointed with CleverControl as the live-viewing of employees' activity was stopped sometimes.

My business partner told me about this software so I decided to try it in my own company. The problem was that I’d noticed some departments got less productive so I needed to change something in the company’s business process. My IT department installed the program on all company computers within an hour so I can say that the installation is super quick and easy. Further, the app recorded all user activities and showed them to me in graphs and charts so i could check every worker’s productivity. The app helped me detect slackers in several departments and boost their productivity.

I believe that the price could be a bit lower for a small number of computers. And I would love to have more time to test the program - the trial is too short for me.
