I forget to stop the timer when stop working. Then time will capture as wrong.

I love the reporting function - easy to send detailed month-end reports to my clients. I've only had to use customer support once, but they were easy to reach and very helpful.

But the features are somewhat confusing and hard to edit/manage.

Aside the great report tools you have i love the simplicity and usability of the interface, both for the desktop and the mobile version.

The ability to create projects and assign hourly rates to them was very nice for quickly invoicing clients. The iOS app works great for quickly starting timers.

Clockify is easy to use and I love that it is free. For a new, small company like mine, it's been a huge help in keeping track of my hours/job.

Overall, we're happy to work with it. Would be great if it integrated with Quickbooks Online.

Great piece of software that saves time and in money and ongoing snapshot assessments of billable and unbillable hours is superb.

The best part is the reporting piece when you can see awesome bar and pie graphs of where your time is spent at a glance.

I love an ability to see spent time over the each task in such easy and comfortable way as it is in Clockify.

I literally just use this to track hours on my own so I'm not sure if any of the other features are bad or not. It does what it needs to for me.

The software really does not have any flaws. The only thing I can remember is one time it had to close due to an error.

What I liked most about Clockify is how easy and intuitive it is to use. Plus, the variety and quality of reporting options is awesome.

Great way to track people's progress, it really shows how good the projects are with the amount of time put in. Easy to process and access.

My only complaint would be that I have to take the time to literally press a button to stop the timer. So, if I forget, my timing will be inaccurate.

Overall, I am very pleased with what Clockify does for me. It is affordable and meets my needs nicely.

It is a great tool to keep track of individual project time and helps me to calculate costs per project easily.

This application is super clean and easy to use. I already recommended it to my best friend, also known as my wife, for her business.

We are in the learning/free trail phase but customer support has checked in and is wonderful and the tutorials are easy to follow and implement.

I like that it integrates with Asana which makes it easy for me to track my tasks. I like that you can change the times of tasks after you have created them.

And sometimes we use to forgot what we did in an specific day so it could mislead to wrong information entered.

There is also a lack of customizable options when it comes to splitting up jobs and projects.

The free version of this software kicks butt - super easy to use and user-friendly, love the reporting capabilities.

All of this on the FREE VERSION!!! It's awesome that a marvelous software has so many free resources.

This tool is amazing for those who aim to track their coding metrics in order to improve them. The integration is pretty simple.

The user interface is practically the same as with Toggl, so it is very easy to enter and track time. The best of all is the price.

My mission is to use it to it's fullest capabilities as there is a lot not being used at the moment. I love it, well worth the subscription.

Honestly, I  haven't really used for significant time. But so far, I think it has no mobile app and that the HR can see deleted snaps from tracker.

I missed being able to use the application in other languages ​​such as Spanish. I also missed seeing the exposed data with graphics and being able to export them to PDF or Excel for example.

The interface is user friendly. Also love the simplicity, ease of use and the different reports that can be generated.

Nice designed support tab which includes emotional feedback. Confidence is on a high level, even when I did login into third-party websites.

The pricing for the functionality is outstanding as well.

The experience is great as it has maximum features that are required for performing the task with comfort.

Exporting reports by PDF is easy and setting up email schedules means less work. Quick customer support within 24 hours.

The platform is really user friendly. I like the fact that we can have a precise idea of the time spent on each application, while keeping the privacy of the content with the blurred screenshots.

So, was looking for app that can track active working hours, and from many options around found that this app fits best. It is lightweight and easy to use app.

Plus, it has a great and fast customer service, that allows you to customize your experience using the app.

Features are absolutely great, highly recommend.

I didn't encounter anything that I don't like about Traqq.

The platform gives importance to privacy. The usage is intuitive and the features help me to save time to prepare reports.

I like the nagging popup on untracked activity, I also like the nagging on not active but tracking. I like the interface it is very smooth, colors & interface are relaxing, slick and clean.

You can manage all the workers within one platform, you can see the work and applications they use, the UI/UX of the site is great and the support is fantastic.

Also, variety of languages should be available. If you're not a fluent Native English speaker, you might find it difficult to use this software.

From the admin perspective the web portal is fantastic, the interface is easy to use.

As an team leader,I don't have to do the math on projects where I'm are supposed to pay by the hour. Traqq looks after all of the requirements.

Easy to use, if there is any kind of bug customer support answers the same or next day (they are located in Australia so that is reasonable). One or two clicks to do everything.

My experience with Traqq has been good so far. It is very easy to use and helps track the activities of employees effectively.

Inexpensive when compared to other time tracking software. An ethical and simplified approach to monitoring remote employee activity, with the ability for employees to monitor themselves.

The dashboards give you as an admin a great breakdown of employee activity and allow you to dig into employee activity to track productivity and performance.

Traqq has many features that I've loved, one of them being that it shows my progress per app, so I can figure out and have a big picture of my productivity.

So far I can't see anything major to dislike on the app.
