Pros/Cons

Pros
It's very easy to use and has a lot of bells and whistles which is great. My favorite feature is the timesheet feature.
Very easy to use and intuitive time tracking software. Great reporting features. We use this to track time for 15 employees and never had a problem.

Cons
I had always thought their interface was a bit tired, and its funny how that can make you feel... but the new design is awesome
Can’t think of anything. Whenever there was an issue, they have listened to our suggests and continue to improve the product.

Very good pricing and pretty reliable... Love it!
How easy and wonderful this software works it’s easy to pick up and to learn all about it without any struggles

Cons
The desktop app can be a little bit clunky but it's improving.
It can be difficult to track employee errors in this system. It's wonderful for small-scale businesses, but I wouldn't particularly recommend it to a large company.
