Is great that you can use it for free on the basic options and I wouldn't change it unless I have to. It does what I need it to do.

I am the admin of the account and in not as user. However i am being charged as a user.

Synchronization problems with GIRA, sometimes the tasks disappeared from nowhere.

By the time the bug was fixed, I had to find a workaround for the problem and the solution was no longer applicable.

It can be confusing to work sometimes. You really just have to dig into it and learn the program.

Limited features in mobile app. On 2019 keyboard and mouse tracking are not working.
