Our account was set up and personalised for us with numerous video calls from OnSinch to make sure it was how we wanted it. The onboarding process was the best I have ever been part of. Very thorough and clear. Any questions we have had since have been answered very quickly with polite and helpful staff. The software is very detailed and there are still some parts of it that we haven't yet taken advantage of, but as the company grows, they will definitely be used. The reporting side of it is great, lots of different reports already in place to choose, and endless custom reports can be made. Job creation is quick, straightforward and painless. Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience.
