Solid time tracking with all the needed features

Easy-to-use time tracker that doesn't feel like micromanagement. Security is pretty solid, and it doesn't record any personal info on your screen. You can see the websites you visit most often and how active you are during the day, which is great for understanding your work patterns.

Tracking time is easy with the start/stop button, and you can set notifications that remind you to start tracking if you are active and forget to turn the tracker on, or stop the timer if you are idle. I also loved the insights feature that shows stats such as average activity and idle time, and whether you tend to work at night or overwork. It helps you understand your energy levels and even spot early signs of burnout.
Cons:
It doesn't have a mobile app, which can be limiting when you're on the go or want to work away from a computer.

Overall I can say that Traqq is a great find for me. Honestly, for the very low price, I am very much satisfied for what it has to offer. It really does make my life easier and helps monitor my employees.

I really enjoy that there are customizable reporting features and I can create detailed reports on how my employees have used their time. I also really like that there are well thought out privacy options, for example blurring screenshots.
Cons:
There is not much bad I can say about Traqq. The only thing I did not really like is the design of the app, however it is a very subjective opinion and it very much depends on the person.

To be honest, I didn't put much thought in this decision. One of my friends suggested Traqq, so I chose to try it as well, and now here we are.

The sign-up process was easy. It was easy for us to give them our money
Cons:
The program looks good but if you have any questions or need assistance, they are hopeless. Once you pay your yearly fee, there is zero support. Been trying to sort out an install issue and 3 months later we still don't have it working even though we have paid our money.

Reasons for choosing Traqq

It looked the best, but in the end it was not what we expected.

Cons:
Sometimes there can be a lot of information and not all of it is relevant. Also the app has crashed a few times but nothing major.

The UX/UI of Traqq made it so easy for us to implement across the team and makes team management enjoyable. We love using the reports you can generate to assist with payroll and team monitoring. The customer support has also been amazing.
Cons:
If there was a way to directly handle payroll within Traqq, that would be amazing.

We found that the offline time tracking feature, employee monitoring and employee attendance tracking offered by Traqq was more beneficial for our team.

Among the time trackers I've tested for work, Traqq really stands out. It doesn't take screenshots, which helps me work without feeling like someone's looking over my shoulder. The app also works smoothly on both Windows and Mac, which is perfect for my team since we use different platforms. I'd also like to note Traqq's support team - they are quick to respond and helped me solve my tracking issue promptly.
Cons:
The biggest downside for me is the lack of a mobile app, since there are times when I need to work away from my computer. Even though I currently use the function to add time manually as a workaround, I would really like the ability to track my work time from my phone or tablet.

Traqq is really easy to use — the interface is clean, and starting the time tracker takes just one click. It’s made my workflow a lot smoother since everything I need is in one place: time tracking, activity monitoring, and detailed reports. It saves me time and makes it easier to be transparent with clients. I also love that it works offline, which is super helpful when I’m not always connected to Wi-Fi.
Cons:
With so many useful features, I wish the app offered some guidance or tips on how to get the most out of it. As a first-time user, I feel like I might be missing helpful tools just because I haven’t discovered them yet.

- User friendly layout, especially for those who are not tech savvy. I have employees who are older than 40 and often complain about technology. Fortunately enough they have no problems navigating through the app. - Employee transparency during working hours. The time that they log in and the activities on their computers are monitored and recorded for productivity. - Reports are made ready and available. Employee performance reviews are based on sound metrics.
