It also points out training where needed, if an agent is stuck on a signal support instance page as WorkTime views the time spent on a URL. Our customer has a unique Web instance. #### Cons It would be helpful if WorkTime had an API integration into Outlook. Sales Reps are not chained to a desk so time spent out the office would be highly beneficial.
