"However, the platform requires a learning curve due to its range of features, and its pricing may not align with the needs of smaller or cost-sensitive teams."

"It also did lead to a few departures some of which were good employees, which even the data validated, but came across as micro managed and shock so they decided the new "culture" wasn't for them."

"You really can’t physically remove an agent from a computer. When an employee leaves and is working remotely, there’s no way for admins to remove them from the monitoring list."
