From the moment we called to inquire about their products, we knew something was different about this company. The customer representative stayed on the phone with us for about an hour answering all of our questions. He gave us the numbers to other clients in the state so we could call and see for ourself what real life client reviews were like. Anytime we have had an issue come up we have called the customer support number and they have quickly helped us come up with a solution. Cons: We would like to see the ability to email a report to our hospital directly within the program. We have made this request and we are told their software team is working to accommodate it.
