Easy Use and Customer Support is great. They do whatever we ask and suggest things we never even think of.

The data integration alone was top notch and much easier to work with than other companies.

This is an extremely useful tool and I sincerely hope to never have to use outside of a drill. If the unlikely event ever happens, I am extremely thankful we have this.

Some staff had a hard time understanding how to log into it daily.

Overall the years that we have been using Catapult I have been so impressed with their customer service and how quickly they act to implement needed changes.

The concept was good, and we liked the website component so we thought the 2 together would be great.

We can send quick messages and updates. Catapult was easily integrated with our student information system and the self-paced tutorials were easy to navigate and understand.

CatapultEMS is a great product and the company is top tier.

We hope to not ever have to use the system, but want to be ready if needed. We plan on doing table top drills, then live drills this coming year using the system.

It is easy to use and the App makes it nice during an emergency situation.

I understand many factors were at play along with a strict time-line but I think it presented a bad taste at first for many of the newcomers.

CatapultEMS staff are always working to improve the software, and it shows. Just in the past two years, there have been some great improvements that make it even easier to navigate/use.

The cell phone apps did not work right. We couldn't communicate with eachother during drills or actual incidents because password were difficult.

I think overall we have had a positive experience. The Catapult staff were great to deal with and they tried to answer all of our questions.

The struggles with the software are that it is still relatively new so there are a few bugs that they are working out.

It has been positive and we willcontinue to use as needed and required.

It has been great and all schools in our district use the software.

The ease of use and the amount of information we can gather in a mtter of minutes.

Getting it to work on our phones was a bit difficult until the representative came out and showed us how to upload it.

It is easy to use and part of their larger suite of products offered. I've used other systems that need a lot more training and aren't as user-friendly.

Other than that, everyone that I have come into contact with have been amazing and extremely helpful. We are still learning our way to become extremely proficient, but we will get there.

The onboarding implementation was smooth. The training was comprehensive.

On a scale of 1 to 10, their customer service is an 11. If ever I need help, they are quick to respond and resolve.

Very frustrating trying to get the apps to work to talk to other staff members without having to put in passwords every time - how does one remember those in a panicky situation.

There are just a few issues that we find frustrating. Locations and Activities in the mobile app are not collapsible by group.

I liked the ease of access for myself and employees.

From the initial start up, the folks at InTime has been there for every issue, problem or enhancement request.

My predecessor was doing this in a word document and using InTime is so much better, cleaner, more professional, and easy. The customer service is amazing.

Once implemented, it is user friendly and very versatile. We now have the ability to schedule all of our shits on one convenient platform.

We can keep track of sick time and identify sick time abuse or patterns more easily.

We moved to electronic time entry with InTime which has been huge benefit in so many ways. We find  support to be fabulous.

I really enjoy the product. I find it to be very user friendly and versitile.

I think anything I would say negative about the software is mostly related to how our agency is or is not using the software.

I can quickly see not only what my own schedule is and what I have as far as benefit time goes.

I have not heard one negative thing about the scheduling program from our sworn nor civilian staff, which is almost a miracle in and of itself.

The customer support team is excellent. If there is a problem they get back to you quickly and they fix the issue.

The user interface is also clean and friendly to all personnel. The quick and knowledgeable support is one of my top things that make me love InTime so much more.

I really like all of the ways it can be used, such as doing shift bidding.

Also, the InTime support team rocks. They have quickly responded and resolved any issue that we have had.

Ability to customize any schedule. The ability for staff to see their schedules.

Trying to train everyone on how to manage their schedule so their timesheet is accurate has been difficult. The Daily Roster is temperamental and is limited on how you can customize it.

The integration of the flexible scheduling app and the mobile checkin with our Sage AccPac is key to the efficient running of our company.

The ease of access and customization for orginization is the best that we have seen.

The mandatory time sheet approvals, and no option to opt out of this process.

They have always been quick in getting back to us and making sure that the incident is solved. The yearly InTime Conference is one of the best software conferences that I have attended.

The overall system is amazing if setup and implemented correctly. We had some learnng curves and growing pains, but it has proven to be a valuable software to manage our schedules and payroll.

Integration was simple because we came from an excel spreadsheet system. As an admin and scheduler, I find those tasks mostly easy to navigate and very user friendly.

Payroll  side of things is more complex and difficult.

Benefit accruals are in real time, which allows employees to look in the future for their balances. Customer Service is the best I've ever seen.

The program is easy to use for those who have learned it.

Our overall experience with InTime has been positive. Our Implementation Specialist was very knowledgeable and the help desk are always very responsive.

But overall it is a great product and suits our needs.

Command Staff are able to view anytime day or night, who is working, where they are working and if an employee is not working, why they aren't. All leave and overtime is tracked very efficiently.

The ease of use and layout. You can see all of your personnel on one schedule which is essential for shift coverage and maintaining adequate manpower.

How great of teachers everyone is makes me trust InTime and feel confident using the program.

The support staff has been extremely helpful and responds to requests very quickly.

Their response time is quick and they always help to find a solution for us.

From the scheduling format that allows quick scheduling additions or movements to the advantages of making posts to fill your needed shifts.

Also, our chief wants the daily roster to show many different things and I often have trouble getting the notes to show up on the roster.

We have had numerous problems with our old scheduling system (Executime) which ended up causing unknown shortages on shifts, resulting in overtime.

Implementation was probably the worst. It was all done through zoom meetings.

The scheduling program itself is great. I love that you can customize it to fit your agency  needs.

I was involved with researching the system, building it, testing it, training and finally implementation. Also, InTime's customer support is excellent.

The InTime software has so many great features that make your daily routine so much easier.

So far it’s good still navigating and learning the system.
