  • Pros

  • The ease of use makes this software the best that I have used. I have been in the fire service for 16 years.
  • Easy to operate and access from anywhere. Data repository is awesome backing up any data put into the library.
  • Cons

  • My biggest gripe about Emergency Reporting is that there isn't a section for vehicle information in the reporting section of it.
  • No Customizable reports. Cost of having a report built is extremely restrictive.

  • The basic scheduling and employee management is very user friendly and easy to teach new users. I do like the chat feature, that has always been very helpful to me as well.
  • The ability of the software to be agnostic in integration is exceptional.
  • Cons

  • Mobile view is confusing and does not include all features of the desktop site.
  • Limited options for complex PTO policies & only has bi-weekly accruals.
