My biggest gripe about Emergency Reporting is that there isn't a section for vehicle information in the reporting section of it.

The ease of use makes this software the best that I have used. I have been in the fire service for 16 years.

Easy to operate and access from anywhere. Data repository is awesome backing up any data put into the library.

The transition was seamless. Support and training were excellent.

We have had zero problems with the actual program.

The best part of this software is the ease of use. Our previous program required a strong understanding of databases.

No Customizable reports. Cost of having a report built is extremely restrictive.

Our overall experience with emergency reporting has been nothing but good. This software is so much better than other reporting software we have tried in the past.

I have attended 2 conferences (highly recommended for the new user) and can tell that each and every employee of ERS is very invested in seeing the end users succeed.

The reports that are included make reporting to the district's board of directors easy and gives them an excellent picture of how we deliver services.

ERS is easy to set-up and use. The ability to use it anywhere there is an internet connection makes it easy for our personnel to access and enter information.

Ease of use, low cost for features included, and impact on operation with the data collected.

Overall we are extremely happy with the product and service we have been provided.

There are many canned reports to meet most needs, but the inability to create custom queries and reports is a drawback.

This is a great product and the customer service is amazing.

Nothing was left out in the design of the system, and the reports that the system generates are required by our state property insurance association, which is an awesome feature.

The basic scheduling and employee management is very user friendly and easy to teach new users. I do like the chat feature, that has always been very helpful to me as well.

It drops at least 2-3 punches a week. Overall, not a great program for the employee, though management seems to love it.

Overall, I have been very pleased with EPro and their customer service to is outstanding to helping me whenever I call. I think that's the best service to have no matter what issues you may be having.

Limited options for complex PTO policies & only has bi-weekly accruals.

Scheduling and employee access from anywhere is great. We utilize it for a true business management solution on the operations side.

However, from the crew member/employee side, it is very frustrating. Every punch in or out needs a note in addition to name and password.

The program has been adequate for our needs. But I would like to see better response to issues and better reporting.
