Pros
- Data Center Optimization is very helpful and easy to use for me, I tried the free trial version so far so good product.
- Used Symantec for endpoint protection and it does a great job at that.
Cons
- Also, sometimes it is hard to reactivate expired keys. However, all that being said, i wouldn't trade it for the world.
- The interface is a bit confusing, it may take a while for the end user to understand what's going on and what he should do.
Pros
- The ability of SEP to integrate well with other Symantec tools like DLP, CASB and the other entire suite is great.
- Symantec Endpoint Protection is one of the best security software (anti-virus/malware) in the internet. It has lots of useful features and it is easy to use.
Cons
- No software is full proof, because people are always coming up with new ways to create harm and be malicious. Since using this software we have had only one case of being attacked by a virus.
- If any issues come up with encrypted machine, possibility of losing all data on hard drive was very high. The bypass screen for encryption login would often not work.
