Great addon for secrets management in pipelines.
Pros
I use vault for secrets management Jenkins pipelines which was really easy to setup and test retrieval with the vault plugin. We can separate secrets in different directories and add RBAC so admins can only read
Cons
Will like to have a Hashicorp plugin in the Azure DevOps marketplace for easier integration.
Reasons for switching to Vault
Easier integration with Terraform

Vault for Secrets Management
Vault is a key part of a company's secret management. Without it we would have to pay for a managed service by a cloud provider.
Pros
Vault is a quick and easy way to securely store secrets for access by multiple users/teams. It provides a service which is highly configurable and open source.
Cons
As Vault is a key-value store masked as a file-traverser, it can sometimes be unclear in which directory a secret is stored.

Vault Review
Overall, I would recommend Vault as a secret management solution due to its security and simplicity.
Pros
Vault puts security first, which is very important to me. Also, I like that you can operate Vault using GUI or CLI.
Cons
I enjoy using Vault however at first it can be difficult to configure to you preferences.
