  • Pros

  • It provides a small firm the opportunity to have access to a powerful and sophisticated software that would otherwise not be accessible.
  • I am writing the rest of this to fulfill the minimum text requirement.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult for me to use the software for invoicing as I cannot present reports or invoices in English in my country.
  • Interface is bit complex and difficult to understand. Its difficult to search for any features unless you go through the documentation and explore every feature of software.

  • Both ease of use and speed to update/generate a matter are helpful to reduce the usual friction and barriers often found in other case management systems.
  • The off the shelf reporting features are great, and customer service has been immaculate.
  • Cons

  • It is not ideal with IE browser but more updated applications are not ever.
  • There should be an option to hide fields not used from being shown in a matter.
