"I also appreciate the flexibility to customize project types and fields so the system more closely matches our practice areas, and the ability to text and email directly from the case has been genuinely helpful for keeping client communication organized."

"Automation capabilities, in particular, have not evolved in any meaningful way. If you want anything beyond very basic workflows, you’re pushed toward Workato—an entirely separate, complex, and expensive system that requires significant time or outside consultants to implement."

"They have a strict "no refunds" policy if you choose to end early, so I pretty much wasted $2,000 on a nothing system that didn't even provide the services I actually wanted without the extra cost."

"There have been no meaningful improvements here either. If you want usable dashboards or business insights, you’re expected to purchase Domo and then pay again for implementation."
