  • Pros

  • Overall I am very happy with Filevine, it is very easy to use and everything is pretty self-explanatory it does not require much additional training once it is built to your liking.
  • File Vine is a very top notch friendly group of professionals who go above and beyond and very happy to help their clients succeed. Very hands on with training, onboarding and 24/7 support.
  • Simply things like being able to text from the software is a huge help and lastly the interface is amazing.
  • Cons

  • We had a terrible experience with Filevine. The representatives are outright dishonest and lying to the customer just to make the sale.
  • You have to pay a third-party vendor to get it to integrate. Perhaps worst of all, they get you to spend a lot of money on a "training" that they claim sets them apart from all other companies.
  • The worst part is the total lack of customer service. It might as well not exist.

  • Wrike was an awesome tool and allowed me to interact with other departments in such a smart way. The features offered made communication seamless and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks.
  • It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.
  • The software is good, and we like the desktop user interface. The business has improved project management overall, and it was generally easy to implement.
  • Cons

  • There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.
  • I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.
  • The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.
