Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

You get great support and deep understanding with your business from the Luigi'x Box crew. The starting configuration gave us more than 50% better quality search ratio and various tools to enhance those search results even further. The analytics tools are more than enough to obtain business decisions.

LBX is not perfect, as, at every SaaS, there are some minor bugs, but the company is approaching it very well with near to immediate solutions. Communication with LBX is easy and very responsive.

The experience went very well. The pre-production exchange tools are well-defined and the feedback from the team is very rapid. I appreciated the kindness and skills of the people I spoke to. Having implemented other product recommendation and internal search engine tools, the complexity is equal. You have to know how to retrieve the data and communicate it properly so that Luigi's Box can work with it. It's not magic!

We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well. I like Luigi's automatic email reports that I can send to the product team so that I can adapt the offer according to trends and queries without the products on offer.

Creating the product flow took longer than expected. I recommend using a flow manager to make the task easier and avoid asking too much help from a developer. It would be great if you could provide technical support in French.

Luigi's Box is doing pretty solid job. With them the search tool is not boring and not too lengthy. Thanks to Luigi's Box the most relevant/most popular products pop on your customer right away. This and the option to add these products straight to the cart eventually boost conversion rate. All of it happens in line with the brand and e-shop design, with great compatibility for mobile devices (today a necessity for successful shop). The second smart tool that Luigi's Box offers is product reco. We use it in cart in the manner of "Customers usually add these products" and it works quite well. When we did an A/B test, the results were pretty good: 4 % CTR and +13 % revenue growth when the Luigi's Box reco was used.

More usage. I guess Luigi's Box has a lot of solid data to work with. I would like to see another way to freshen up an e-shop, which would be complementary with the Luigi's Box search tool and product reco.

We needed to uprgrade web searching tool. Luigis Box is ready to run in a few hours and it increase conversion rate of web search to an incredible level.
