EcoPortal has helped our business take the next step in H&S management. Ability to easily track safety events, contractors, trends/severities and the ability to report on these has been great.

Their customer support team have always been very approachable and enthusiastic to help and work through any challenges you are having. This is by far the most intuitive H&S system that I have used.

The system was fairly easy to manage with great support for the team and easy to understand.

The real-time reporting and ease of navigation around the system really helped in engaging team members across all of the Business.

The customer support team are always keen to help improve the system for the business, provide support wherever needed and really bring value add to the product.

The only thing from my point of view that I had difficulty with was knowing what I wanted to enter in and couldn't find the right category or title for the data to be entered under.

Because of the global nature of the business, language functionality is limited at this time and a key need for the business.

Text fields are limited and style, font and highlighting or coloring text is not an option.

Cellphone app was having issues uploading photos when added to an audit report/ event. Would stall and refuse to complete the upload.

Great i have been involved in a number of implementation's  of safety systems in my career and yours is by far the easiest and most well received from the business.

The system is also very easy to use even for non tech savvy people.

Reporting, and the ability to create dashboards for each register. This is very helpful with a large organisation with lots of people and locations.

Some of the dashboard fields can be misleading - e.g. events in last month is not the last 30 days but the events that have occurred since the start of the month so if it's inconsistent.

I like the fact that the interface is easy to navigate and made deployment across our sites easy. The system enables us to monitor and manage safety related incidents from anywhere and at any time.

Great experience after I had received the initial training.

All the information was straight forward and most of it was a selecting answer out of options instead of writing text which was the best part.

The software is very user friendly and easy to use. It makes the determination of current and ongoing risk easier.

But what impressed me the most is the ability to have the data or platform altered even slightly to be more user friendly, accurate, and interpretable.

The system timed out a lot and this can be frustrating for the user if they haven't saved their screen.

I have limited need to use ecoPortal so can't comment.

It's been good to use it to get people who's certificates may be expiring and having that pop up in my email so I can bring that up with my boss and she can get them certified again.

I have used a lot of different software packages over the last 20 years and this one was easy to use and show others how to use in day to day management of health and safety.

The details are too much to specify which make user reluctant sometimes.

This will ensure you maximise the value of your subscription, utilise the support hours you are paying for more efficiently and, ultimately, deliver a better product for your staff and management.

The email notification timing on the risk review register appears to be 6 months in advance of the risk review due date. So these notifications are ignored as not yet relevant.

EcoPortal provided a comprehensive and cost effective solution for our H&S needs.

Data export (eg to pdf or Excel). Bowtie tool is flexible and powerful, good for compiling a wide variety of incident bowties.

It is easy to customise the software to suit your needs and simplify the options of what you can see if you are not using the program in its all functionality.

Technical support is great, the updates are done automatically and good communication when this is done. Consultant support for significant projects is helpful.

VelocityEHS is missing basic features that other software have, programming bugs, etc.

It's efficient and simple. I love the option to customize our labels, it helps us have a new organization in our lab.

The software has a lot of functionality. The technical support team are readily available and often are very helpful in resolving issues.

Functionality can be difficult to understand and apply to individual business needs. Often there is a lack of support materials specific to the issue being encountered.

No document storage that allows for offline use. No dashboard on the mobile app.

Endless flexibility to customize to your liking.

Captures all of my risk studies, HAZOPs, qual;itative and semi qualitative. Bowties are simple to generate, easy to follow, visually pleasing.

Excellent software for chemical control taking into account good manufacturing practices and ISO standards. It allows to have the information in the cloud, updates towards the day-to-day trends.

One of the lowest I've seen. Velocity EHS allows for flexibility which dashboards and creating forms for one time use.

A source of truth for all data related to safety and social responsibility.

This is great for small businesses if you can afford the cost.

Its an affordable solution with good modules/options, but without being overly complex.

The program has an easy to use interface and navigation is simple. The construction of bowtie risk assessments is easy to follow.

It takes some skill to nagivate through the various elements and risk presentation options then to export the changes for individual projects so we use a facilitator at this stage.

Excellent customer service and fantastic subscription service allowing consecutive users.

The overall experience with RiskView has been a positive one. We have actively used the system and applied it to our needs and MeerCat RiskView team have been very supportive of our endeavours.

My experience with the software has always been good, it is visual and easy to use and the customer service has always been excellent, quick and effective.

Measure and monitoring of critical risks and risk reduction measures live.

It is easy to use and easy to capture all the information as there are multiple comment boxes where you can put all the information you want.

It is difficult to get rid of old mistakes once you have added them onto the system, for example if you create a base control by mistake.

Great experience and I love working with the VelocityEHS team.

The biggest disadvantage of this system is the price. You are charge not by space but by how many people potential are viewing the inventory.
