Our organisation was looking to initiate the transition of our system from the paper based collection of data to a digital solution.

I've been using Gensuite for 3 years now, and it's a great product for conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. The ACE tool is easy to use as well.

Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.

We designed a fix to ensure the data matches, but it does not, yet we are still being charged. There is no communication or feeling of urgency or follow-up.

Lastly, we really like how most of the applications are integrated with others, for example; when you conduct an audit, you simply export those items to the action tracking app for tracking purposes.

The customisation of the subcontractor management module, was a key deliverable for us and Gensuite did not disappoint.

This team has been amazing in processing requests and providing guidance when a new feature is needed or a current feature needs to be altered.

EHS Software with Good Functionality for daily Use.

Training Tracker, difficult to set up. Difficult to start using and manage.

It also provides a cost effective step into the digital system space without investing in elements that the business is not yet ready for.

If your business is structured exactly like GE, Gensuite will work great for you. It does basic incident reporting well, and does a good job of managing action items.

For large data sets, the report pulls are very limited in some cases. For example: pulling all observations globally for a monthly period can be time consuming.

There are several pain points that are not solved, or not solved in a timely manner. Our users are quite frustrated at times and we have no answers for them as to why they cannot run reports.

The pool resources and find a way. They always meet deadlines early and with little to no rework.

Very nice/good tracking tool, Highly integrated with operational process. Real Differentiatior with  key Indicators...like to the remainders which is good option.

So easy way for them to feedback and speak up that keep great Safty Engagement. Safety Matter Because You Matter.

The best thing about Gensuite is that it is user-friendly for our team, encouraging accurate reporting and data from our front line users through intuitive interfaces.

I like that I can create custom dashboards for our various teams. I like how easy it is to communicate with the different Benchmark teams (sales, implementation projects, customer support teams).

Allowed a central integrated risk management system.

The development work by Mango to improve the experience shows the commitment of the team, and the fact they use their own software as a business tool is comforting.

The function of Audits is great for internal audits and workplace inspections. This is all linked up with the ICA module and everything is tracked between the two.

However when this happens it reinforces the huge positives and then the proactive use increases. MANGO Customer Support is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you.

Mango has made is easy to mange the 3 standards we currently have certification for.

Overall, I have been happy with the Mango software. Unfortunately, it has not been fully integrated into my organization.

Simplified compliance management - a difficult task.

I make recommendations in the best interest of my clients - and am yet to see product that offers so much value at the price point.

I love the way the system sent email and the outline of the employees.

Historical data tracking, real time information, Lag and Lead indicator tracking.

Easy to use system, holding a significant amount of information. Excellent help/guidance through the mango library.

In addition,  added benefit comes from the excellent and responsive ongoing support to enable the sustainability and roll out through the broader business.

Enter a proper emergency plan and process into Mango instead of just uploading PDF. Have a area where visitors can be reported in Mango rather than PDF documents.

Easy to use and has become apart of our day to day business. From our old paper based system is has made it a lot easier.

I have first hand experience and would recommend it over other software solutions because it is some easy and can be customised to your business by you - no hidden extra costs.

The implementation is super quick and easy and the team are great to work with. We found that staff at all levels are finding it easy to operate and navigate themselves through.

I HATE that any upload to a report is viewed as sensitive information, therefore not visible to staff. I understand the need for this in some modules, but not all.

Mango is an excellent tool for HSE Management Systems. The Dashboard keeps everyone in check.

Reporting in some areas is difficult, especially for large amounts of historical data.

Easy to use software with excellent backup support, MANGO offers development potential which is a real bonus. The information is easy to extract, relevant and data input is straight forward.

Its a one stop shop to store all HS&Q information, user friendly for all staff.

Easy to train people on this system as all modules are integrated to each other. We have been able to dramatically increase our employee's participation in recording quality and safety issues.
