WOWS Cap Table is a nice tool for equity management and and proving reak time update to the shareholder is quite easy with this tool and that too with a high accuracy. The UI of the tool is quite good , one can say its easy to get started with this tool without proper training of this particular softtware and they also have a good customer support service for any type of issues available 24/7.

Not as such to dislike about this product, but still its in early phase , just started working 2 years ago so need to see how it fares in the market.

It is fantastic and quite promising. Their business and tech team is quite engaging with clients and it is great working with them in all aspects. The tool works great for us as its operational procedures are easy to understand and no tech issue is being faced till now. Also, the investment enhancing features are quite compatible and goes well while integrating the tool with other equity dashboards for deeper investment analysis and better decision making. The major advantage of using WOWS cap table is that it enables the all round transparency in the ecosystem and ensure no slipups in equity management.
