  • Pros

  • I noticed this software is awesome in keeping records, also in inventory management and keep any transaction that will help you and the company.
  • If you work with someone who really knows this product then they can can help you with a solution that will help your business achieve the best results.
  • Cons

  • It glitches out constantly and seems to do crash the most when you are in the middle of something time-sensitive. It's not very easy to navigate and the program isn't very intuitive.
  • Most of the support techs I have spoken with have bad attitudes.

  • It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
  • It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
  • Cons

  • I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
  • Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.
