No incentive was offered **Logiciel inadapté à une vraie gestion des achats — limitation découverte trop tard, aucun remboursement** J’ai choisi Axonaut pour gérer le cycle complet de mon entreprise : devis clients, commandes clients, commandes fournisseurs, livraisons et facturation. Après plusieurs jours de paramétrage, je découvre une aberration : **le modèle de bon de commande fournisseur n’est pas personnalisable**. On peut personnaliser les devis et les factures clients, mais pas un document aussi fondamental qu’une commande fournisseur. Le résultat est un bon de commande rudimentaire et, pour mon activité industrielle, inutilisable professionnellement : impossible de structurer correctement la référence produit et sa description technique, impossible d’obtenir un document comparable au devis client, impossible d’adapter le modèle aux informations indispensables de mon entreprise. Une commande fournisseur industrielle doit pouvoir comporter clairement le numéro de devis du fournisseur, les références produits, les descriptions techniques, les conditions de livraison et les remarques spécifiques. Ce n’est pas une fonction « avancée » : c’est la base. Le plus regrettable est que cette limitation majeure ne se découvre qu’en utilisant réellement le logiciel. Il faut investir du temps dans le paramétrage, créer les clients, fournisseurs, produits et documents, puis découvrir que le workflow d’achat ne répond pas au besoin. Et lorsque vous le découvrez après le délai de 15 jours : **aucun remboursement**. Un logiciel de gestion ne devrait pas obliger une entreprise à modifier manuellement ses bons de commande dans un éditeur PDF parce que le modèle fournisseur n’est pas personnalisable. Pour une entreprise qui vend mais aussi achète réellement des produits à des fournisseurs, je déconseille fortement de souscrire sans avoir testé de bout en bout un cas réel : devis client → commande client → commande fournisseur → réception → livraison → facturation. Dans mon cas, plusieurs jours de travail perdus et un abonnement payé pour découvrir une limitation fondamentale. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 2/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 2/5 - Functionality: 1/5 #### Pros plus rien - c'est compliqué tout est caché rien n'est réfléchi - bref on vous le vend mais en dehors de cela pas grand chose à conserver #### Cons Logiciel inadapté à une vraie gestion des achats pas de remboursement - impossibilité de formater une vraie commande fournisseur. Les concepteurs n'ont jamais passé une seule commande dans leur vie.
