Pros/Cons

Pros
I've been using Core for about a year now. It has many features that have helped our company. Easy to use. Excellent customer service for anything that arises. Highly recommend
It is very easy to use and you can learn it quite quickly with help of online webinars, the help pages, and just fishing around in the menus. Very clear and concise.

Cons
There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning and training coordination was somewhat challenging but nothing extraordinary.
little glitches here and there but the customer support is so fast and responsive and the are willing to fix the software glitches.

It's super practical, easy to use and understand and it helps to track way more than other services.
Ease of use, plenty of help articles and great phone assistance too!

Cons
Not cheap. but good value to money compared to other solutions. Can be tricky to set up but the team provide full support.
It would be amazing if it could have more visual reports
