So far it gets the job done. I feel pretty neutral about it, but if I’m being brutally honest I miss Appfiles terribly.

The ruble nuances were trial & error. I found the tutorials somewhat confusing, but that could just be me and my need to get through it quickly.

I dislike the way you create a new transaction and it's too easy to make errors but errors require the broker to address and fix them.

Best Features for the Price, Great Customer Service.

It does a lot on its own, it is intuitive, love the side viewing of documents, love that it tells you how many pages are in a doc.

It is easy and can be used from anywhere there is internet access. It's great for agents and great for compliance.

Doing a bank reconciliation is more complex than the desktop version. There was a problem with the AZ withholding and they have never fixed it.

They have radically tried to over-simplify the product. For instance, the Vendor tab being under Expenses.

Easy to use, easy to set up and it integrated with a lot of other platforms. I've never had issues using QuickBooks.

I am currently learning how to better integrate my time keeping services with quick books and I am overall happy with the transisiton.

Made numerous errors that cost me hundreds if not thousand of dollars to recover from.

Transferring into the program, previous invoices was a hassle with multiple error codes popping up that were confusing.

I love how QBO helps me keep up with reporting, invoicing, Open PO. It helps me save time, and is more efficient than doing it manually.

Same with the second manager. They are liars and say whatever they have to to get you off the phone.

Doesn't listen to customers and has terrible support.

I like the unlimited number of chart of accounts, the ease of doing payroll- we also have a subscription.

As well as run a variety of detailed reports to follow and track outstanding balances. Super helpful when helping with collections.

What I like most about the software is the simplicity of the platform.
