Ha ayudado a automatizar procesos, a tenerlo en la nube, de manera ordenada y consolidado documentos físicos con los movimientos bancarios, además de tener junto conciliación - presupuesto - control.

Tiene varias cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo el frormato en que se descarga el reporte de conciliación bancaria, no permite hacer tablas dinámicas al tener celdas combinadas. En el mismo reporte, no aparece el detalle de lo gastado con la tarjeta de crédito, sólo aparece el total gastado. No permite ingresar un forecast, con lo cual el presupuesto original rápidamente queda obsoleto. No permite descargar la comparación del presupuesto con el flujo de caja. No compara el ppto con el flujo de caja. No incluye lo pagado en USD en flujo de caja en peso, teniendo el dato de la conversión en peso utilizada para el pago, eso hace que hayq ue verlo en el fjulo de caja en dólares. No permite descargar el presupuesto ni el RO. Al seleccionar el RO vs ppto, hace mensualmente el cálculo del ppto vs RO y la variación, pero no da la variación acumulativa. (Por ejemplo enero, febrero, marzo, total. Todo esto ppto vs RO y su desviación) Tanto en flujo de caja como en RO, no aparece el costo empresa del profesional, dejando el ítem impuesto a parte. Podría uno desglosar la porción de impuesto que corresponde a cada profesional, así como se hace con previred. Todo esto para que sea comparable al presupuesto.

Desde que uso Chipax, puedo llevar un perfecto control de la caja de la empresa, de las cuentas por pagar y de las facturas por cobrar, sin que me implique un esfuerzo o desgaste cada mes... ¡es lo que siempre había querido tener!

Chipax me permite sincronizar las cuentas bancarias y las facturas de compra y venta, además de la declaración mensual de IVA, con sólo apretar un botón. Luego, mágicamente me propone la mayoría de las conciliaciones bancarias, y si no, me permite hacerlas yo mismo en forma rápida y simple.

Espero que algún día pueda llevar la contabilidad completa en Chipax, aprovechando las herramientas financieras que ya tiene.

La facilidad de uso e integracion y el soporte en linea.

Como gestor de ventas, utilizamos BSALE. Particularmente para el informe de resultado operacional, tengo que consolidar informacion de egresos por chipax, y de ingresos y costos directors por bsale. Seria ideal para nuestra empresa que Chipax consulte a Bsale para la parte de Ventas y Costos Directos, asi poder tener un resultado operacional desde una sola plataforma. Espero se entienda, pero esta es una empresa productiva, donde los costos asociados no van completamente al costo de venta, si no que parte de ellos, y el resto va a inventario. No pido la full integracion, pero si poder tener en las ventas y costos directos, lo mismo que aparece en bsale y asi poder hacer cierres de mes mas rapidos.

Sería muy deseable el poder: - Configurar la clasificación de las ventas y gastos por producto o línea de prouctos, de manera tal de controlar el Resultado Operacional por producto. - Ver por separado el IVA por pagar en el Flujo de Caja.

Hay algunos puntos que creo son importantes a mejorar: -Las fechas de vencimiento de las facturas deberían ser customizables, por ejemplo, poner dos vencimientos por una factura, muchos pagan en 2-3 cuotas o IVA y después NETO, al no tener eso te ensucia mucho los reportes y cobranza. -La velocidad de operación del sistema encuentro que es un poco lenta, podría mejorar. -Un detalle, las sugerencias de conciliación deberían buscar la factura más antigua que cumple con el match, actualmente busca la más nueva, cosa que tiene super poca lógica.
