Out data entry accounts team needed minimal training as the software is simple to use. Reports are easy to generate with plenty of options for analysis data, full of useful information at a click of a few boxes.

Not so much a con but a better understanding of what you actually require from a report makes it easier to select your options.

The journal and cash posting are excellent - able to copy and paste directly to the page. Budget holders able to approve invoice via email notification remotely.

Dataflow clarity provides a fully functioning integrated accounting system. Management reports are available directly to the user on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis.

It is easy for people with accoounting knowledge to find their way around the system and produce relevant reports.

There are many parameters that must be set up to enable all the options in the system to be used. This needs to be done carefully and with help from the developers.
