Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy of use and love the ability to copy into excel. So much easier now than in the old CP versions.

  • The software is intuitive and very easy to use. All modules seem to flow together from project set up to billing.

  • Cons

  • Flexibility sometimes is not your best, if you set up a project wrong you got live with it until it end

  • Need the ability to link to other software for downstream functionality. Such as MES or ERP systems.

  • Pros

  • It has excellent job costing capabilities; I like the modify forms and the large choices of reports. Sage is excellent help on the phone when needed. The annual conference is awesome!

  • Easy to learn Smooth flow from estimating budget to project cost control Just enough functions, nothing bloated. Good Value

  • Cons

  • There are some limitations that can't be done, but there are work around it as well. Quite a pricey software that needs support and maintenance as patches are occasionally needed

  • Navigation could be better, it is customizable, but still need to put in effort. No real field support, only good for office usage.
