Lack of options regarding integrations for payment processing and shipping API services.

Being able to use ERP on android tablets like the ones we already use in production will save us a ton of money that we would have spent on scanners and other gadgets we won't need.

The price is very good for what we get. I am new to this, so we will see how it goes in the future.

For example, when we briefly lost Internet connection, the user is kicked out of the software immediately and lose all the unsaved works.

Mobile app for packing is not user friendly and it does not let you to Steal inventory. Barcoding system and tracking goods by serial numbers has some flaws and sometimes it does not ask for serials.

We liked the most the system's rich functionality and reasonable pricing.

Solving our quotes departments delay with ERPAG is a great start. Excited to see what else we can achieve.

There was a lot to learn, training was fast paced, and it was difficult to keep up at times. It was quite confusing to be learning totally different modules within the same week.
