They need to work on building a strong partner network who can handhold the users, train and coach them. Their Open Source approach is great and provides tremendous value for money. #### Cons Reporting is not user friendly. Tables are not easily readable and the scrolling is painful. Finance module is not designed keeping in mind Indian Chartered Accountants. They find it cumbersome and ask the firm to maintain data in their favourite Tally. Secondly, customization options are almost limitless and you don't need to be from an IT background to carry out some of the basic changes as per your business requirement.
