Before that, our teams were on separate tools and manually reconciling data between departments, which created delays and frequent errors. Since going live, production planning connects to actual stock levels, purchasing triggers based on real inventory data, and accounting reflects what is happening across the business in real time. The visibility has changed how we manage stock across product lines and how we approach production scheduling. For a fashion brand operating across both manufacturing and online distribution, that level of coordination was exactly what we needed.
