As a City, we depend on it daily to manage permits, inspections, billing, and land use projects. It provides for automated email notifications and integrates seamlessly into our electronic plan review software. Plans, permits, and inspections can be assigned to individuals or groups with due dates. It provides for asset management and service requests. It employs time tracking and billing. This is the most cumbersome Asset Management Software I have used. No support and it seems as if the software has not been updated in a long time. Does not look at a Database or Published Service so you double your workload.
