Take advantage of the Web Client, take advantage of the integration possibilities, and definitely take advantage of reporting and BI.

Licenses are restricted to full access or read only. Not knowing the amount of data which is stored in entities is also a minus (Especially when you have a lot of data integrations and add-ons).

It’s difficult to correct errors and delete  particular transactions. It can become very expensive depending on user support services and the number of users allowed to be on at the same time.

I had problems with Microsoft. Specifically, Microsoft crashed on 05/16.

I really liked using and implementing this ERP as users tends to like it and adpat very easy to it.

Microsoft is no longer developing the product, so it has become very stale. Hardly any new features and no current online resources.

Easy to use, very functional for our needs. Customer services is great and alwasy quick to respond.

Ease of use once you know what you're doing. Ability to build smart lists, which is super helpful.

There are a lot of options available now for automation and workflows which save time as well as missed opportunities.

The price is very competitive, comparing to leading-edge solution such as Intacct or NetSuite.

Very good experience with this software.very easy to use and good speed.

The main negative is that it can be difficult to use. The processes for doing thing are not intuitive and are unlike other similar systems.

In addition to offering a great business solution with integrated tools, it has excellent technical support.

Microsoft GP is an interesting program to say the least. This product is wonderful for separating job costs and applying expenses to the appropriate job.

I also love the integration to be able to run transfers from other software to be able to auto enter retail invoices and gas sales. Taking a way the manual entry nightmare of most retail situations.

Its a great product and it allows for massive amounts of data in the form of transactions to be handled and reconciled easily. Its a must have for any mid to large sized business.

Very clean ERP replacement for budgeting clarity and reporting needs.

It is the least user-friendly software I may have ever seen. The reports are awful, not in places you would assume, and they dump out to excel in a way that makes me want to punch something.

We chose this software because it's a solid solution that manages FIFO costing in a manufacturing environment. It would be good to have a clear understanding of what the report buildout will entail.

It's easy, it looks like a normal software that you are used to using.

Dynamics gp Is a great tools that helps our company to monitor the sales, production, accounting, inventory and financial status.

Some functions such as back orders are a simple disaster, as you cannot print multiple orders at once. My advice is to do your research.

This is a terrible, horrible, very bad way for people to turn in timecards.

If you have a company that you anticipate growth in - this is the product for you. Adding new users is an easy task, and comes with the great customer support.

Microsoft dynamics GP has a very effective PP module. It is used for production Planning and very easily everyone can make Master production schedule & Material Requirement plans.

This product has been super easy to learn how to use. I have enjoyed the interface and the ease of use.

Didn't take me a while to learn how to operate the system. I have had a good time with customer support.

It seemed like it had a lot of features at the beginning that we were very excited to implement in our company.

The help from Statii during the set up period and the months after was excellent.

Not easy to correct errors or anomalies, lacks some basic features. Training videos are updated but then there's no access to earlier videos.

The best thing about this software is its ease of use, yet it allows you to price the most complicated of products.

That aside the customer service is good and this is a great system that requires little training and is a great partner in your small business.

Statii also integrates with our Sage accounts package which also save time.

It is difficult to raise additional delivery notes after invoicing (e.g. if an order has come back to amend and resend).

Full traceability of all paperwork , drawings etc are stored in one place which is perfect for our BSI 9001:2015 accreditation.

Programme good for linking and tracking enquires through to delivery.

Sometimes the interface can be a little awkward when entering text e.g. copy/pasting from different sources.

Great layout and simple to use, Fantastic support from Statii,  always willing to help no matter how trivial.

Under normal circumstances it would have been a major struggle to achieve this in tandem with a standard workload. We inevitably made mistakes which took time to unravel and reverse.

The best part is that instead of having a bunch of money in accounts receivable, we have that money in the bank because our ability to invoice has improved so much.

The navigation of the system is so easy to use and intuitive. Having very little training I can do day to day activites with ease.

The flexibility in the costing system and the chance to have a simple electronic filing system for the materials and quotes we put together for a wide range of manufacturing projects and orders.
