Mobile Office Manager is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning solution for construction companies and contractors. Key features include customer management, project management, contract management as well as scheduling and dispatching of technicians to the job location. The solution can also be accessed via native mobile apps available for Android and iOS devices.

Mobile Office Manager helps with inventory management and purchasing by allowing construction managers to view transaction histories and details of assets present in multiple warehouses. It also lets sales managers track opportunities, create proposals and manage and assign tasks to their team members. The solution captures customers' financial transactions and the service history of their equipment located at different sites.

Mobile Office Manager enables project managers to create templates for projects and manage other expenses such as materials and labor costs. It also has a drag-and-drop feature so users can assign service tickets to the technicians.

Mobile Office Manager Review

We are partially implemented and so far it is not quite what we expected. Hoping it improves!

Pros

I chose this software after talking to team, was impressed by their expectations of their software.

Cons

Now that we have the software a few things seem to be confusing and not as advertised.

Mobile Office Manager has helped our company greatly!

Pros

The customer support is exceptional with a very quick response time! It has helped our company go in the direction of paperless.

Cons

MOM had some minor flaws that we have encountered. But they have been fixed.
Does not seem to work for us in internet explorer. Firefox and chrome it works fine.

We use this system for our service technicians and converting our current system over soon!

Pros

Web based therefore accessible from anywhere, fewer steps when entering the days into the system, support staff is wonderful and always helpful!

Cons

There are still some bugs to be worked out and if internet is slow that causes a delay but other than that it's great!

Really awesome support - any issues were resolved quickly. Still some learning to do with the app. Find it could be more user-friendly for the mechanics. Perhaps too many things a mechanic needs to fill out?

I do believe this system WILL be a good system; however there is much to work on. This system never should have gone live with our company yet.
