"They followed a cookie-cutter playbook with no effort to tailor the system to our complex processes. When we tried to explain workflows that didn't fit their standard template, they looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language."

"What I liked least was the challenge of getting other users up to speed and fully embracing the platform. Because of its complexity, people often get frustrated and gravitate toward outside tools for tasks that NetSuite can actually handle natively - which undermines the value of having one centralized system."
