Sometimes it can be hard to find what you are looking for, but that is just part of the learning curve.

The licensing model allows you install as many workstations as you want at no cost. Nice for a growing shop.

On day-to-day Job shop projects, I would find it hard to dig out a weakness in ProShop.

Excellent customer service. Simple yet powerful web based user interface which employees learn and understand quickly and retain.

We have had a great experience so far. The training was far better than what we got from our last system and when you have a question they get back to you fairly quick.

In the beginning, Proshop was a dramatic change from our previously disorganized system.

Tracking machine and labor hours to Work Orders can be difficult for unmanned jobs where multiple people bounce back and forth between work centers.

I think this software is is very user friendly. The support from them is fantastic.

We ran a basic scheduling utility with Quickbooks, and needed robust scheduling capabilities.

Customer Service can quickly update customers on the status of their orders, and operators can easily see information needed to complete their work. The ability to attach files, pictures, videos, etc.

Customer Service is excellent - responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

ProShop is a very robust ERP system that is intuitive to use. The primary users of ProShop in our student-run business are high school students.

I love that all of the information about a work order is accessible with in the click of a mouse.

Overall experience has been positive. I would highly recommend this software to any company small or large who want an easy to use software the will make them more efficient and better.

It allows pro-active management, it allows real-time analysis of the progress and performance against the original plan.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.
