Cons: It has so many tools that the learning curve can seem a bit steep, and it can take a while before you are able to really use this tool to its full ability...I'm still finding out ways that we can utilize it. Easy search engine. Really great support and constantly getting updated so it gets better and better. Loads of storage capacity so you can go back a search for a long time. Cons: Receipt numbers in Solink are different then our register system. Sometimes the system slows down when we are watching history and the cameras freeze up.
